Given the weak healthcare system of the country, authorities are unable to test every individual for the contagion and the handful of testing facilities are already overwhelmed with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) making all-out efforts to ramp up the country’s testing capacity.
However, during this crisis an online quiz can provide the much-needed assistance to the people doubtful of being infected with the highly-contagious disease.
The online quiz powered by Fourthman Concepts asks you a few simple questions about your current health and let you know with the result the level of risk you have of contracting the virus.
Your result, depending upon the answers, could be low, medium, high or severe.
The questions include:
Do you have cough?
Do you have a cold?
Are you having Diarrhea?
Are you having sorethroat?
Are you having body aches?
Are you having a headache?
Do you have fever (Temperature 37.8 °C and above)?
Are you having difficulty breathing?
Are you experiencing fatigue?
Have you traveled recently during the past 14 days?
Do you have a travel history to a COVID-19 INFECTED AREA?
Do you have direct contact with or are you taking care of a positive COVID-19 PATIENT?
With over 700,000 cases worldwide, the deadly disease has taken more than 33,000 lives across the globe. Meanwhile in Pakistan, the tally has reached 1500 cases, with 15 deaths.

This romantic ballad is sung in a soulful voice, ‘Tere Bajon’ really helps us catch a break from the high-paced, fast summer jams, the mellow and soulful approach in this song is what makes it stand out. The lyrics are not empty. Instead, they have a powerful and meaningful message hidden behind. The song is kind of a story a lover is narrating to his loved one, and with Abdullah Muzaffar’s soulful voice, we can’t help but feel the love and pain in his voice.
‘Tere Bajon’ is authentic in the best ways. Abdullah Muzaffar sings honestly, and while the music is easy-going, the lyrics show its real meaning. Abdullah croons- ‘Main bhul gayi sari sajna, we dunya dari sajna, main sajde jaake rab dun, bus tera sath hi mangna’- the lyrics are like a love confession, backed with the firm yet soft vocals, and beautiful guitar riffs that make you bob your head along to the music.
Making his way through an extremely competitive industry environment in the country, the young artist Abdullah Muzaffar is in a league of his own. Having dropped his new single ‘Tere Bajon’ some weeks ago, we won’t be exaggerating to say that it has not only made it to our playlists, but has been continuously on repeat!
With few years of released music under their belts, Abdullah Muzaffar seems to have already established a consistent sound and feel to his music that is not a sound that we often get to hear, which is extremely impressive. The pop-rock feel matched with extremely relatable and reachable lyrics makes him stand out. Abdullah Muzaffar with his new song ‘Tere Bajon’, reminds us that being simple and keeping it real sometimes really works, particularly in terms of music.

- Start the Day Special and End the Day Special!
Make this Valentine’s Day one you’ll both cherish and remember from the start of the day until your head hits the pillow that night. You’re both worth it!
- Shower them with flowers, balloons, stuffed animals, chocolates or candies
How important is it to send flowers? Don’t discount the Power of Flowers, numerous scientific studies have documented the positive emotional effect of flowers! Send flowers to the workplace as you want the recipient to enjoy them all day & you want coworkers to be green with envy. Place your order in advance so your florist has sufficient time to accommodate your request for an early delivery.
- It’s the Small Gestures That Count!
They don’t go unnoticed! Offer to help out with the chores; open doors; listen intently when spoken to; pay compliments; take care of a pressing matter that has needed some attention; fix or replace something broken; serve breakfast in bed; take the dog to the groomer; give a massage; draw a bath; have their vehicle serviced.
- Plan, Plan, Plan! Put Some Effort into It!
Don’t wait until the last minute to make those dinner reservations and then have to settle for the 2nd choice. Don’t wait to buy your flowers or gifts on the big day to find out his/her special flower or cologne/perfume is sold out. If you want flowers delivered timely to the work place, restaurant or home, place your order in advance. If you have a great idea, act on it…don’t sit on it! If you wait and can’t pull it off then all it is, is an idea…and it’s no longer even a great idea…because you didn’t allow enough time to pull it off.
- Write a Love Letter or a Poem or even a Song!
Act like it’s your last days on earth. Tell that special someone what they really mean to you. Put it in your own handwriting rather than typing it out. Put some real thought into it. Men and women both want to be told how special they really are. Something written down can be cherished for many years to come. Consider this…maybe it really is the last time you get to write, so make it count!
- Do An Activity You Both Love!
Valentine’s Day is Friday this year! Take the day off and spend it together! Make it a 3 day weekend! Plan a trip for the weekend! Go out of town or maybe you book a room or suite at a local hotel or bed and breakfast! If you stay at home, do some activities TOGETHER! Find something cultural that’s going on around you and go for it!
- Surprise them! Everyone loves surprises on special occasions!
Surprise them with a gift selected especially for them! Pick the gift out yourself. Don’t have someone do it for you. Maybe it’s their favorite perfume or cologne or bottle of wine. Maybe it’s jewelry or a trip to the spa. Or maybe you offer to do chores for the week; perhaps a chore they cannot stand to do.
- Build It Up! Anticipation is the purest form of pleasure!
Let that special someone know you have big plans, but keep them in suspense! Drop innuendos! Call them at work a few times during the day! Leave “sweet nothing” Post It notes around the house and in the car; or any other place you can think of. IM or email them; or better yet, both! Leave them a voice mail. LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE ON YOUR MIND!
- Plan a Special Outing or Create a Romantic Setting at Home
Dress up and go out on the town for dinner and dancing, but be certain to make dinner reservations well in advance. Pick some place new you BOTH have wanted to try! Make it an adventure! Contact your florist or the restaurant hostess and have a bouquet of flowers waiting at your table. Flowers can be delivered in advance of your reservation so they will be awaiting your arrival, but don’t wait until the last minute to order them.
Cadbury Dairy Milk has initiated a movement with its latest campaign
of “Kuch Acha Hojaye, Kuch Meetha Hojaye” through which it will be distributing milk to under-weight children in Pakistan on purchase of a limited-edition chocolate bar. With a rich legacy of spreading joy and creating moments of happiness, Cadbury Dairy Milk through its
new campaign has taken a bold step in changing its lens to do something good.
Pakistan is a country ridden with a multitude of social issues and the issue of children being under-weight is one of them. To make an impact, Cadbury Dairy Milk has rolled out 400,000 limited-edition bars in the market. On purchase of each of these chocolate bars, it will be distributing a glass of milk (approx. 250 ml per glass) through a charitable organization
Charity Right Pakistan to under-weight children in Pakistan. This milk will reach approximate 2,222 children fulfilling the nutritional requirements that come from milk for duration of 3 months.
“As a developing country, we are faced with a serious challenge of children being under-weight. Around 40 % of children under the age of 5 in Pakistan are stunted, while almost 1 in 3 children under the age of five are underweight. These numbers speak for themselves and are putting the health of our future generations at risk,” said Javeria Siddiqui, CategoryBrand Manager, Mondeléz Pakistan Limited. “This is a national issue that needs to be addressed. Therefore, Cadbury Dairy Milk has decided to initiate a movement to bring attention to this distressful concern and is hopeful that all its consumers and the philanthropic masses will participate to move the needle on this.”
Sarwat Gillani, a well-known celebrity and the movement’s chief ambassador said: “Malnutrition data in Pakistan represents a dismal situation for us. Children are the future assets for any nation and crucial for its uplift. We need to invest in them through means that
would ensure that they are physically and intellectually sound. This is the reason why we need to unite, and invest time and effort collectively to ensure that we do not lag behind in giving the best to our children. Through this movement, I am hopeful that people will be urged to play a role for the greater good of the nation.”
The idea behind Cadbury Dairy Milk’s campaign is “to do something good” and therefore the brand is putting the spotlight on the issue of under-weight children in Pakistan which is seldom highlighted. It is an effort to galvanize its consumers and the masses to spread awareness and take action as every drop in the ocean counts.

Lipton, one of the world’s leading tea brands owned by Unilever, recently unveiled their new TVC. The brand is moving to a platform of enabling connection moments with our loved ones. The insight behind the campaign is something everyone in today’s world can relate to. In the busyness of life, we tend to get so involved in the things we have to do, we don’t prioritize taking out time to make a connection with the ones who matter the most.
The message was brought to life through Lipton’s new TVC, which shows a father unconsciously slipping into work mode, ignoring playtime with his daughter. A sip of Lipton brings him back into the moment, and he actively prioritizes his daughter over his other tasks. The message is simple: “Jaagein un keliye jo waqai ahem hain” (Be awake to those who really matter).
The new TVC campaign has been launched nationwide and has stirred up a lot of conversation about the importance taking out time for human connection in today’s fast paced life.
